Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and conditions of clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population encompassing varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will be actively involved in helping clients navigate their journeys through complex emotions and life situations, offering guidance and support tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting involving telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
