Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs, developing a clear understanding of their strengths and goals.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring a personalized approach to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate ongoing virtual therapy sessions addressing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, to help clients gain insight and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other social workers, to provide holistic care that meets all client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Engage in regular supervisory meetings and team discussions to enhance professional skills, share insights, and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness, ultimately expanding access to our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.

• Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of therapeutic interventions and techniques relevant to mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health care to individuals facing behavioral health challenges is preferred.

• Experience in treating co-occurring disorders, conducting individual and group therapy, and working with substance abuse is an advantage.

• Demonstrated expertise in counseling children, adolescents, families, and couples, showcasing your adaptable communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses. You will also receive full administrative support to allow you to focus on delivering exceptional care to your clients.
