Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in the field of mental health counseling.
\n
• A proven knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical practitioners to optimize patient care.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
