Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, involving clients in the process.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on clients’ progress and stability.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular supervision to reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
