Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions—delivering personalized physical therapy services in a home care environment.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing patient mobility.
• Monitor patient progress by meticulously documenting treatment outcomes and responses, adjusting therapeutic goals and plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective use of therapeutic modalities, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to promote independence and optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain professional development by attending workshops, engaging with professional publications, and networking within the physical therapy community to stay current in best practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions.
