Work Environment

The physical therapist role is situated in our Woodbridge outpatient office, featuring a welcoming atmosphere that enables therapeutic effectiveness. Our clinic operates with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, history, and goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy using various techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities designed to enhance patients' physical function.
• Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence-based practices for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques, home-based exercises, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Implement and monitor fall prevention strategies within the clinical environment to improve safety for our geriatric clientele.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and striving for the highest quality of care at all times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
