Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Newark where you'll work collaboratively within a diverse team of healthcare professionals. With flexible scheduling options, your work hours will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that supports your professional growth and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and therapy goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to enhance recovery and functional performance.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, using evidence-based practices to adjust treatment strategies effectively.
• Collaboration is key; you will work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to enhance their overall physical health.

Qualifications
