Work Environment

The work setting is outpatient-focused, within a welcoming office environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Regular working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, creating individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and clinical goals.
• Deliver skilled and compassionate therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities tailored to seniors.
• Consistently monitor patients' progress through detailed documentation and adjust treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes based on real-time feedback.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and other therapy specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic practices, home exercise regimens, and strategies for preventing injuries, enhancing their ability to manage health independently.
• Implement and oversee fall prevention programs and safety measures that minimize the risk of accidents in assisted living environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuous education and training, ensuring the application of evidence-based practices in every treatment intervention.
• Uphold the highest professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical obligations to ensure patient trust and compliance.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
