Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities to assess mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of various modalities.
• Regularly monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure peak therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals such as physicians, occupational and speech therapists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic strategies, including home exercise regimens and injury prevention measures.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy practices by participating in ongoing continuing education opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
