Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific health goals.
• Deliver skilled and compassionate therapy services, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and appropriate modalities.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and safe practices to foster independence.
• Develop and implement fall prevention initiatives within assisted living settings to enhance patient safety and well-being.
• Stay informed of advancements in physical therapy practices and engage in continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
