This position is designed for the flexibility of remote work while maintaining access to an engaging and collaborative virtual environment. Our outpatient facility operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing ample time for our therapists to focus on their clients and personal development. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.

• Collaboratively develop customized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and clinical needs, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to foster a holistic approach to wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing standardized metrics to adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, enhancing their treatment experience.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, integrating new strategies into practice to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Must have a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
