Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in virtual collaboration with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create holistic treatment plans that support each client's unique needs.

• Deliver immediate virtual support to families in acute crises, employing de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills to stabilize situations and guide them toward a positive outcome.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that are regularly monitored and adjusted based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and interventions within secure electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
