Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to promote clients’ wellness and personal growth.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular check-ins, adaptations to treatment plans, and feedback mechanisms.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care through secure digital platforms.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
