Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential telehealth services. Our practice operates within a flexible schedule, primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible adjustments based on patient needs. Your expertise will be delivered through secure telehealth platforms, making it easier for patients to access care without compromising their privacy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify patients' needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful interventions individually to clients, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community among clients, addressing common mental health issues in a collaborative setting.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care that addresses the complex needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n
