Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide support to a wide array of patients, predominantly adults seeking assistance with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• A valid and active mental health professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) that permits you to practice in the state of Virginia.

• Two or more years of demonstrated clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Strong writing skills necessary for documenting clinical sessions and maintaining accurate, clear records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

On Point Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks such as paid no-shows and late cancellations. We also provide up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
