Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through virtual interviews, assessing clients’ emotional and psychological needs from the initial consultation to end of treatment.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Experience in therapeutic roles within a mental health setting is necessary.

• Proficient with electronic health records systems, preferably AVATAR, for effective client documentation and management.

• Familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
