Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to ascertain clients' presenting issues, personal backgrounds, and treatment objectives, fostering a deep understanding of their needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy to support diverse client concerns.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continually assessing progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Act as a supportive guide, listening actively and offering practical strategies to help clients navigate challenges related to grief, loss, and mental health concerns.

• Maintain a strong commitment to confidentiality, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards in all interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, actively seeking updates on best practices and expanding clinical skills through training and workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
