Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify the psychological and emotional needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives the most effective therapies.

• Providing ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy, based on the client's unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with California state regulations, ensuring that all documentation adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in clinical consultations, continuing education sessions, and team meetings to share insights, receive supervision, and foster professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise and understanding will provide critical support to clients navigating complex emotional landscapes, fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience is preferred, although newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in understanding DSM-5 and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented setting.

• Basic proficiency or willingness to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
