Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families, determining the most effective therapeutic interventions for specific issues.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that address personal challenges while facilitating joint sessions to enhance relational dynamics.

• Developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, considering a range of concerns such as grief and loss, family conflicts, substance abuse, and adjustment issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and modalities to create effective sessions, ensuring adherence to privacy and ethical standards.

• Engaging actively in continuing education, peer supervision, and team meetings to ensure ongoing professional development and compliance with prevailing best practices.

• Documenting patient progress and outcomes accurately in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on a diverse patient demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families facing various challenges, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive compensation package, you will receive:
