Our clinic spans a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility, equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide cutting-edge treatment and rehabilitation services. Our team comprises two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Work Environment

The work setting for this position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients within our well-equipped clinic. Our weekly schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which provides an optimal work-life balance while enabling you to dedicate yourself fully to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments to accurately identify patient needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Maintain a focused patient load of one individual per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans using a variety of established therapeutic modalities.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that minimize dependency on medications and surgical options.
• Evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all services provided in compliance with facility standards, ensuring comprehensive patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic primarily serves a diverse patient base with private medical insurance, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various mobility impairments. Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist in New York, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations.
• Hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, showcasing your advanced knowledge and skill set.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license, reflecting your professional integrity.
• Exhibit strong manual therapy skills that can be applied in various clinical scenarios.
• Capable of designing progressive and effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to comprehensive benefits.
