Restore Strength Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at our Rehabilitation Center in Niagara Falls, New York. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional outpatient care and delivering personalized rehabilitation services to help patients regain strength, function, and mobility.

Work Environment

Located in the vibrant setting of Niagara Falls, our Rehabilitation Center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide effective patient care. Our onsite location allows for direct patient interactions, where therapists can employ various therapeutic modalities and techniques. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, promoting a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize clinical expertise to tailor interventions aimed at restoring optimal function, improving mobility, reducing pain, enhancing balance, and promoting overall physical health.
• Participate in clinical teaching by supervising and mentoring physical therapy interns, students, and residents, contributing to their educational development.
• Provide valuable insight into staff training requirements and share expertise to fulfill those needs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and may explore clinical research opportunities to advance orthopedic therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role concentrates on outpatient orthopedic care, where you will primarily engage with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring their treatment is personalized and effective. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license for practicing physical therapy.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
