Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of new patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and exercises, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care, while regularly tracking patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and promote a deeper understanding of their conditions and recovery pathways.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes, sharing insights on patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service by maintaining a positive and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Meet minimum utilization and business performance goals while contributing to team initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Our compensation package offers competitive yearly salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
