Executive Chef Opportunity
One of the area's fastest-growing restaurant groups is seeking a qualified, professional executive chef for an immediate opening. This is an amazing opportunity for a chef who wants to flex their culinary chops and creativity. Benefits and bonus are available.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Detailed, organized, focused
- Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of running upscale casual restaurants
- Experience with $3 million in annual revenue
- Tenure in a position as an executive chef
- Excellent communicator, strong attention to detail, business mindset
- Good knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and technique
