Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility as you engage with students and colleagues. However, you will have the opportunity to conduct assessments and provide support directly in school settings. Technology is an essential component of your work, as you will use electronic health record systems (EHRs) to document and monitor client progress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in the school setting and through telehealth, to address their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, documenting findings accurately in EHRs.

• Implement integrated care strategies that link clients and their families with necessary resources and services, fostering a collaborative approach to their care.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring services are aligned with clients' presenting issues and personal goals.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and support overall team objectives.

• Manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely interventions, follow-ups, and discharge planning.

• Participate in crisis interventions, bringing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees focused on enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports students ranging from elementary to secondary education who may struggle with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and traumatic experiences. You will advocate for their needs within the school system, providing a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
