Key Responsibilities\n

• As a clinician, you will engage directly with clients in both office and community settings, addressing challenges related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your knowledge and insights to enhance team performance and client outcomes.

• Conduct systematic assessments and screenings, ensuring your approach is evidence-based and developmentally appropriate.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support, intervening when necessary to assist clients in acute situations.

• Manage a diverse caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy while ensuring treatment aligns with clients' expressed needs and challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and ensure documentation is timely and accurately reflects care delivered.

You will primarily serve clients from underserved communities in Arlington, Texas. This role entails supporting individuals grappling with mental health challenges, emotional distress, and various life stresses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
