Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heartland Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to thoroughly understand your clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Creating detailed, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused interventions designed to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy services employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.

• Documenting all clinical services accurately and diligently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurses, to coordinate effective treatment and support for patients.

• Participating regularly in case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve our treatment approaches and share best practices.
\n
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources to further empower them on their mental health journey.

• Staying abreast of advances in the mental health field, integrating the latest research and findings into clinical practices and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions common in a hospice setting. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating coping strategies, enhancing resilience, and providing supportive therapy to patients and their families during critical times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills necessary for diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer:
