VIP Staffing is Immediately Hiring a Full Desk in office Recruiter for our office in Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (In-Office)
Compensation: Starting at $45,000 annually + Commission & Bonus
VIP Staffing is looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our in-office team in Albuquerque! If you’re passionate about connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and interview candidates across diverse industries
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through placement
Meet and exceed performance goals related to placements and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and successful hires
What You Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus
Highly organized with excellent time management
Positive, professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
