Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify cognitive, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan reflects the child's unique requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes and provide ongoing support to families, ensuring that children receive the best possible care tailored to their developmental stage.

• Develop trusting relationships with children and their families, creating a supportive environment that promotes healthy development.

• Employ evidence-based practices to guide recommendations and interventions during service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily support infants, toddlers, and their families, particularly those coping with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
