Outbound Sales Representative
Consolidated Credit Outbound Sales Representative Lead Type: Outbound calls on high-intent leads with verified debt amounts (In-Office) Location: On-Site | Plantation, FL 33313 Compensation: Hourly Base + Commissions + Bonuses Starting Pay: $18 per hour Benefits Offered

Outbound Sales Representative General Description
- Navigate basic computer systems, email platforms, and multi-line phone systems
- Communicate effectively with potential clients both verbally and in writing
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with high-intent leads
- Interview clients to understand debt obligations, income, and financial situation
- Review credit reports, bills, and payment schedules
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate financial wellness programs
- Assist clients with enrolling in programs to address unsecured debt
- Develop financial plans by analyzing income, assets, and expenses
- Provide clear, informed guidance to help clients make the best financial decision
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, collections, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather and analyze information effectively
- Comfortable using computer systems and software
- Self-motivated with a desire to improve and succeed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
