This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows the entertainment industry landscape, understands how to move market share, and thrives on building lasting client connections that translate into consistent, high-value business.### WHAT YOU'LL DO* Drive new business development and account growth within the entertainment industry, including travel professionals, production teams, and corporate bookers* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, site visits, trade shows, and hosted events* Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow market share from competitors within the NYC entertainment travel segment* Collaborate closely with the broader Sales and Marketing team to align efforts and maximize commercial performance* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals through to contract execution and ongoing account management* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and keep the property competitively positioned* Gather and act on guest feedback to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service excellenceWHAT YOU BRING* Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a luxury hotel environment* Established knowledge of the Brooklyn and greater Manhattan market and entertainment industry travel dynamics* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets* Strong relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills* Self-motivated and commercially driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferredWHAT'S OFFERED* Salary of USD $100,000 per year, Negotiable* Full-time, on-site role at a luxury hotel in Brooklyn, New York #J-18808-Ljbffr
