The selected Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility, which is equipped with the latest technologies and therapeutic equipment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs that align with the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring personalized attention and care during each session, typically accommodating one patient per hour.
• Utilize cutting-edge manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
• Develop and execute customized fitness and wellness regimens that empower patients to manage their health effectively.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
• Encourage patient adherence to treatment plans and provide motivation and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, and physicians to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly and make necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry trends and practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no board or disciplinary actions on record.
• A strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• A background in utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and management.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective patient-centered rehabilitation plans.
• Strong communication skills that foster positive relationships with patients and healthcare colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
