Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, focusing on complex relational dynamics and emotional issues.
\n
• Performing thorough assessments to identify patient needs, followed by the development and implementation of customized treatment plans.
\n
• Providing professional guidance regarding issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, and family conflict resolutions.
\n
• Facilitating effective communication within families and addressing challenges related to blended families, separation, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, contributing to improved overall health outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress in compliance with health regulations.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage with diverse populations, including adults and child/adolescent groups, dealing with various challenges such as family conflicts, behavioral issues, and emotional distress. The patients you serve are often seeking to strengthen their relationships, heal from trauma, and navigate life transitions, thus offering a deeply rewarding experience as you facilitate their journeys towards better mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure in the state of Washington.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in delivering teletherapy services or those familiar with a community health clinic setting will be regarded favorably. Flexibility in working hours to meet patient needs is also beneficial, as well as a minimum of 30 hours of direct therapy work per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
