Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular status updates when shipments are dispatched.
• Confirm delivery details by contacting both the origin and delivery points to ensure all information is accurate.
• Monitor and track orders throughout the delivery process to ensure they are on schedule.
• Manage and prioritize urgent shipment requests, ensuring timely handling and processing.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipment tracking processes is a plus.
