Driving scalable customer acquisition, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and optimize high-performing paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple brands in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various digital channels to achieve lead generation and conversion targets Continuously improve campaign performance through audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative refinement Maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting across all acquisition channels using analytics tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking Working knowledge of SEO, attribution, and digital marketing analytics Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance and marketing workflows
