Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services by working directly with clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through telehealth sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance shared objectives, ensuring that every team member's contribution enhances overall client care.

• Create, implement and manage integrated care plans that enable clients to access comprehensive support services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring timely submission of reports as per agency guidelines.

• Assist clients in navigating treatment options and facilitate their participation in therapeutic activities that empower their recovery processes.

• Carry a defined caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on clients' needs and preferences.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees to enhance service delivery standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are located in under-resourced areas of Riverside, California. You will work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
