Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses, and creating personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, helping to stabilize their conditions and connect them with ongoing care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in line with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and to address any overlapping concerns that may affect client wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population requiring various mental health services, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
