Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and detailed assessments to create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Perform ongoing evaluations by gathering and synthesizing bio-psychosocial information from clients, families, referral sources, and colleagues, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual's unique situation.

• Apply current knowledge and competencies in chemical dependency, demonstrating best practices in therapeutic interventions and support.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities during counseling sessions, enabling you to provide clients with the most effective strategies for their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing chemical dependency, mental health challenges, and other related issues. Your work will encompass individual counseling sessions, family therapy, and group interventions, creating a comprehensive support network tailored to each client's unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapy, particularly to individuals dealing with addiction and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
