Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, concerns, and personal goals, which may involve both standardized tools and individualized interviews.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and resolving familial conflicts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our payment structure operates on a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, thus ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
