You will be working in a remote setting that emphasizes flexibility while ensuring you can provide high-quality care. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring you maintain a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-oriented approaches.

• Implement and execute various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are tailored to each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA, to ensure client privacy and data security.

• Actively participate in collaborative meetings with our dedicated treatment team, contributing insights and engaging in case consultations to enhance holistic patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources available to support their journey.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research to inform clinical practices and provide the best possible care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. You will find fulfillment in guiding these clients toward improved mental health, resilience, and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide personalized care to clients.
