Basic Function
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports customers and the sales organization by providing high-quality service, accurate order processing, and timely sales support. This role handles inbound and outbound communication, prepares quotes, assists with product information, and ensures a positive customer experience while supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
- Process orders, returns, replacements, and account updates
- Troubleshoot basic order or service issues and follow standard workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems
- E-Commence
Inside Sales & Revenue Support
- Prepare quotes within established pricing guidelines
- Conduct routine outbound follow-ups on quotes and open orders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support field sales teams with documentation, samples, and scheduling
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively
Workload Expectations
- Manage high-volume daily customer communication
- Complete 5–15 quotes per day depending on complexity
- Process 20–40 orders or service tickets per day
- Maintain consistent follow-up on assigned quotes and customer needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Qualification/Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and order processing preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Computer & Technical Skills
- Knowable working with ERP systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and customer account management a plus. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
- Basic knowledge: Microsoft Word: Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills, including OMS, and MPS (Data analysis for sales reporting).
