Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse array of individuals, including adults experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. You may also work with adolescents facing pressures related to academic performance, peer relationships, and self-identity. Your role will involve adapting therapeutic techniques to suit the unique needs of each client, enhancing cultural competence through understanding their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of four years of direct experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven ability to deliver therapy both individually and in group settings using culturally responsive approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
