Strategic Benefits & Compensation HRIS Lead

YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking a Benefit, Compensation & HRIS Manager to provide analytical, technical, and consultative support across the organization. You will be the primary contact for benefit and compensation inquiries, report requests, onboarding procedures and HRIS responsibilities.
