Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to thoroughly understand and identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients seeking assistance through the detox center.

• Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals and desired outcomes, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Serve as a strong advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources, ensuring they receive the support they require within the healthcare system.

• Engage in program development and evaluation, contributing insights and feedback to help refine our initiatives and reporting on grant compliance.

• Work collaboratively with a network of community organizations and government agencies to enhance service offerings and facilitate resource sharing.

• Participate in regular team meetings, professional development training, and community outreach efforts to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, which presents a unique set of emotional and psychological challenges. You will be pivotal in providing counseling to individuals managing co-occurring disorders and their families, facilitating conversations around mental health, recovery, and trauma-informed care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
