Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms tailored to meet different client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to other supportive services when necessary, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.

• Maintain comprehensive, HIPAA-compliant records of each client interaction and progress in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every client receives integrated care that addresses both their psychological and emotional needs.

• Engage in regular professional development, team supervision, and meetings to stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are integral members of the hospice community, often facing significant life transitions. You will provide support to individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and complex emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on diverse mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
