Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults with various mental health concerns. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and other common mental health challenges. Our focus on serving individuals in a stable phase of their mental health journey allows for meaningful therapeutic interventions that promote continued progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently; candidates must possess one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Possession of a fully licensed status; provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

• Proficient technical abilities and comfortable using various digital platforms for telehealth counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While any experience supporting adults in a mental health capacity is relevant, candidates with prior telehealth counseling experience or those who have worked in community health settings will find particular resonance in our mission and operational style.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Glimmering Hope Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours and skillset. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. You will receive weekly direct deposits to ensure timely payment for your work.
