Work Environment\n

This position is a fully remote telehealth role, allowing for a flexible work schedule. You will be able to provide vital support via video conferencing and phone consultations, ensuring a safe and comfortable setting for your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gauge clients' trauma histories and discern appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize scientifically-backed therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for the best patient outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
