Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies to support the unique needs and challenges of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, groups, and couples, ensuring access to the most effective modalities.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, depending on client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress.
