Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate patients’ mental, emotional, and social functioning, identifying strengths and areas needing support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment strategies that incorporate all aspects of patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment pathways, and medication management, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in their recovery process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities that are grounded in research and proven to be effective.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, setting realistic goals that align with patients' aspirations and preferences.

• Advocate for patients within the mental health system, guiding them through complexities to ensure their needs are met and rights are upheld.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic groups focusing on skill-building and coping strategies, as well as participating in discharge planning meetings to ensure smooth transitions for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
