Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Med-Star Care Consultants, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Utilizing your clinical training and experience to assess and diagnose patients' psychosocial needs, developing tailored treatment strategies that reflect their unique situation.

• Collaborating with clients to co-create patient-centered treatment plans that prioritize their goals and preferences.

• Continuously monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individualized assessments, utilizing both in-person visits and virtual appointments.
