Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Set mutually established therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients, especially those facing mobility challenges or residing in remote locations.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client sessions and progress in adherence to legal and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training and workshops, keeping abreast of new methodologies and trends in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
